We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to take our marketing and sales growth to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strong marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
Generate qualified leads, customer inquiries, and new business opportunities.
Manage and improve digital marketing, social media, advertising, and online presence.
Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
Create effective campaigns that generate measurable results.
Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Analyze marketing performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into actual customers.
Manage marketing content, promotions, offers, and campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and strategies.

Requirements

10+ years of proven experience in marketing and business development.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, lead generation, and sales.
Proven track record of generating inquiries, leads, customers, and revenue.
Strong understanding of the Saudi market is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of marketing activities.
Must be results-oriented, creative, proactive, and highly experienced.
