We are an Electrical Contracting Company specializing in MV/LV electrical works and are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management and execution of MV/LV electrical projects from mobilization to completion and handover.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, equipment, cost, quality, and HSE.
• Lead site/project teams including engineers, supervisors, foremen, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, ITPs, and project requirements.
• Manage electrical installation activities including MV/LV cables, cable trays, switchgear, transformers, panels, earthing, testing & commissioning, and associated works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
• Manage project commercial aspects including variations, claims, progress invoices, cost control, and cash flow.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical/site issues, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi standards, client specifications, quality requirements, and HSE procedures.
• Prepare and present regular project progress, cost, manpower, and management reports.
• Lead project closeout, testing & commissioning, documentation, and final handover.

Candidate Requirements

• 15+ years of proven experience in electrical contracting/project management.
• Strong experience in MV/LV electrical projects is essential.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing & commissioning, project planning, and construction management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project disciplines, teams, and subcontractors.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness, including VOs, claims, billing, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Saudi Arabia project experience preferred.
• Candidates with experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, utility, or substation projects will be highly considered.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects safely, within budget, and on schedule.
