Description

The Handyman will work within the Industrial FM Expenditure Organization of MAINTENANCE, assisting technicians and plumbers with routine maintenance, leak detection, and repairs.

The role requires a proactive, hard working individual with strong communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor in English.

Qualifications

Proven handyman experience, especially with leak detection and repair.
Basic plumbing knowledge and ability to assist licensed plumbers.
Strong verbal communication skills in English (not mandatory)
Polite, professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to handle manual labor and lift moderate loads.
Basic understanding of industrial FM (Facility Management) practices.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.

SALARY - Basic 1100 + Food 200
