A Construction company in Dubai is inviting applications for the position of Civil Supervisor.

The role involves supervising daily civil construction activities, coordinating site workers, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the site.
Monitor site workers, subcontractors, and construction teams.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project management teams.
Monitor construction progress and report updates to management.
Inspect workmanship and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
Ensure proper use of construction materials and equipment.
Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain daily site reports, work records, and progress documentation.
Ensure workers follow site safety rules and procedures.
Coordinate concrete, masonry, finishing, and other civil works.
Assist engineers with measurements, inspections, and site requirements.
Ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines.
Maintain proper housekeeping and organization at the construction site.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role.
Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site activities.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of construction safety and quality procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
UAE/GCC construction experience is an advantage.
Relevant construction certifications will be an advantage.
