A construction project in the UAE is currently accepting applications from experienced Construction Foremen to supervise site activities and coordinate daily workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise workers and subcontractors on construction sites

Coordinate daily site activities according to project requirements

Allocate manpower and monitor work progress

Ensure construction work follows drawings, specifications and schedules

Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and other site teams

Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials

Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow safety procedures

Report daily progress and site issues to management

Organize tools, equipment and materials required for site work

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of construction site experience

Previous experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role

Good knowledge of construction methods and site operations

Ability to supervise and coordinate a team effectively

Ability to read basic construction drawings

Good communication and problem-solving skills

UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
