Requirements:

Experience: Mandatory experience managing a busy garage floor and technician teams.

Location: Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain.
Joining: Immediate joining required

Key Responsibilities:

Distribute daily repair orders to technicians based on specialized skill levels.
Monitor job cycle times to maximize bay productivity, efficiency, and garage turnaround.
Coordinate updates and technical delays directly with the service advising desk.
Enforce workplace safety protocols, tool maintenance, and environmental regulations.

Salary: BHD 250+ (Negotiable based on experience )
