Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Welder with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our production and manufacturing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal components according to specifications and technical drawings to support continuous manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welding Operations: Perform SMAW, GMAW/MIG, or GTAW/TIG welding on structural metal, pipes, or machine parts as required by manufacturing standard operating procedures.

Blueprints & Specs: Read, interpret, and work according to technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

Preparation & Fitting: Inspect, measure, cut, align, and clamp metal parts prior to welding.

Quality Control: Inspect completed welds for structural integrity, accuracy, defects, and surface finish.

Equipment Maintenance: Operate and safely maintain welding rigs, grinders, plasma cutters, and associated metalworking tools.

Safety Compliance: Follow strict manufacturing safety rules, including proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Welder within a Production or Manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or Arc welding techniques and equipment.

Certifications: Technical diploma, vocational training, or trade certification in welding is highly preferred.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy metal parts for standard shifts.

Transferability: Candidates eligible for Kafala transfer are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Working Schedule: 10 hours per day.
