Job Summary

We are looking for one or more Sales Representatives to develop and grow business within the Saudi market for our range of cable tray and metal fabrication products.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience in the same or a similar industry (steel products, metal fabrication, construction materials, or industrial/MEP supplies) and is comfortable building relationships with contractors, consultants, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the industrial, construction, and oil & gas sectors in Saudi Arabia
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, contractors, and consultants
Prepare and follow up on quotations, offers, and sales orders
Visit client sites, project offices, and procurement departments across the Kingdom
Track market activity, upcoming projects, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities
Coordinate with the production and technical teams to ensure client requirements and delivery timelines are met
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
Qualifications & Experience Required
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Proven sales experience in the same field (cable tray, cable management systems) or a similar field (steel products, metal fabrication, construction materials, or industrial/MEP supplies)
Established network of contacts with contractors, consultants, or industrial clients in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
Valid Saudi driving license required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluency in Arabic and English
Compensation

Competitive base salary plus sales commission.
