Golden Noura Operation & Maintenance Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our team and work at a residential compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Residential Compound

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting works.
* Inspect and maintain electrical systems, equipment, lighting, sockets, switches, and distribution boards.
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults safely and efficiently.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules.
* Respond promptly to electrical maintenance requests and emergencies.
* Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
* Coordinate with other maintenance technicians and the Facility Management team.
* Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance activities.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in residential compounds, hotels, facilities, or commercial buildings.
* Good knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance.
* Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently.
* Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Transferable Iqama preferred.
* Availability to join immediately or at short notice.
