We are looking for a competent and experienced female Shadow Teacher to support a 17-year-old boy with autism.

The main goal is to help him develop greater independence, daily living skills, confidence, and participation in the community, with a practical and structured approach.

Preferred skills and experience include:

* Life skills and independence training
* Sensory integration
* Occupational therapy techniques
* Community integration and social participation
* Gym, physical activity, and fitness support
* Speech, communication, and language development
* Experience working with teenagers or young adults with autism
* Ability to create and follow structured daily routines and individualized development goals
* Patience, professionalism, consistency, and strong communication with the family

The focus is not simply supervision. We are looking for someone who can actively teach him how to perform daily tasks independently, improve his functional abilities, and gradually reduce his dependence on others.
