About Us:
We are a Chinese-owned engineering materials supply and construction company operating in Saudi Arabia. Our business covers construction materials supply chain and civil/building construction projects. We are expanding and looking for an experienced Site Procurement Manager to manage procurement and material supply for our building and civil engineering projects.

About the Role:
As Site Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for site procurement activities, material sourcing, supplier coordination, purchasing, and timely delivery of construction materials. You will coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and our internal supply chain division to ensure materials are available on time, at the right quality and competitive cost.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site procurement activities, purchasing, and material requirements
Source construction materials, equipment, tools, and site consumables
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and issue purchase orders
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, warehouse, logistics, and suppliers
Follow up on material orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites
Manage material receiving, usage control, and site material logistics
Ensure purchased materials meet approved specifications, drawings, BOQ, and quality requirements
Coordinate material approvals and technical requirements with engineering and QA/QC teams
Maintain supplier relationships and develop reliable local and international supplier networks
Monitor procurement costs, lead times, pending orders, and critical material requirements
Resolve supplier, delivery, quality, and material-related issues
Prepare daily and weekly procurement progress reports to management
Coordinate closely with our materials supply chain division to ensure fast material availability
Support project teams in avoiding delays caused by material shortages
Maintain proper procurement records, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier documentation
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Construction Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – mandatory for engineering positions (or eligible to register)
Minimum 3 years of construction procurement / purchasing experience
Proven experience in building and civil construction material procurement
Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and local Saudi market
Experience in supplier negotiation, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up
Competence in reading BOQs, drawings, specifications, and material requirements
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and procurement/ERP systems
Fluent English (working language); Arabic is a strong advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Transferable Iqama preferred (candidates already in Saudi Arabia)
Salary Package (based on experience):

4+ years experience: SAR 5,000 / month (all-inclusive)
5+ years experience: SAR 6,000 / month (all-inclusive)
8-10 years experience: SAR 6,800-7,000 / month (all-inclusive)
