Requirements – Maintenance and Cleaning Officer

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in maintenance and cleaning, preferably in hotels or hospitality facilities.
Proven experience in supervising daily cleaning and maintenance activities and ensuring quality standards.
Good knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works.
Ability to supervise cleaning and maintenance staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Good knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and health and safety requirements.
Ability to prepare and follow preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules.
Ability to handle maintenance emergencies and resolve problems efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational needs.
Previous experience in schools, hotels, residential compounds, or large facilities is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good command of English ; Arabic is preferred.
