Description
We are looking for independent freelance sales agents/brokers in Jeddah to bring in Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for:
• Residential buildings & compounds
• Restaurants & commercial properties
• Offices & commercial buildings
• Hotels & other facilities
Commission: 10%–15% per closed contract
No basic salary — commission only.
Example:
SAR 30,000 AMC → SAR 3,000–4,500 commission
Ideal candidates should have existing relationships with:
• Property managers
• Facility managers
• Building owners
• Restaurant/business owners
• Corporate clients
Commission Payment:
Commission will be paid promptly after the client's advance payment is received and the contract is confirmed.
