KEY REQUIREMENTS

Logistics Coordinator

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant construction logistics experience.
Experience in High-Rise Buildings, 5-Star Hotels, Hospitality, or Mixed-Use Projects preferred.
Coordinate material deliveries, site access, transportation, equipment movement, and logistics schedules.
Maintain logistics records, delivery schedules, permits, and tracking reports.
Coordinate closely with construction, procurement, warehouse, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Logistics Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 12–15 years of logistics management experience in major construction projects.
Mandatory experience in High-Rise Buildings, 5-Star Hotels, Luxury Hospitality, and Mixed-Use Developments.
Strong experience managing site logistics, material movement, transportation, warehousing, equipment mobilization, and delivery planning.
Experience coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, government authorities, and project teams.
Strong knowledge of Saudi logistics procedures and site logistics planning.
Proven leadership and team-management skills.
GCC experience with international contractors is highly preferred.
