Quattro is a padel club in Riyadh. We're looking for a professional, remote social media manager to run and grow our accounts iiacross three platforms, with LinkedIn as the main priority: LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

Primary focus: LinkedIn (most of your effort goes here)

• Search and identify decision makers at target companies in Riyadh (HR, employee engagement, events, admin)
• Send personalized connection requests and DMs to reach and build a network of prospects
• Follow target companies and key people to stay on their radar
• Post regularly to position Quattro as the go-to for corporate padel events and memberships

Secondary: Instagram and TikTok

• Design and publish posts (we suggest 3 to 4 per week per platform)
• Edit short-form videos (Reels and TikTok) from the raw footage we provide

Across all platforms:

• Build a monthly content plan
• Write captions in both Arabic and English, in a style that fits the Saudi market
• Manage engagement: reply to comments and DMs
• Deliver a monthly performance report (LinkedIn connections and replies, plus followers, reach, and engagement)

Requirements:

• Native Arabic with strong English
• Proven LinkedIn outreach and lead generation experience (essential)
• Prior experience with sports, lifestyle, or fitness brands (preferred)
• Understanding of the Gulf audience
• Skilled in editing tools (CapCut or Premiere)
• A portfolio of similar work
