We’re Hiring Restaurant Supervisor

Rowleys is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
* Lead, support, and motivate the front-of-house team during shifts.
* Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and compliance with company standards.
* Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, service standards, and health & safety requirements.
* Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
* Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments.
* Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure the team is fully prepared for service.
* Monitor restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience.
* Support training and development of team members.
* Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational requirements.
* Support the team during busy periods and ensure efficient service throughout the shift.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or similar F&B supervisory role.
* Previous experience in **Fine Dining, Premium Casual Dining, or high-end restaurants** is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
* Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good command of **English**; Arabic is an advantage.
* Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
* Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
* **Transferable Iqama** for non-Saudi candidates.
* Candidates currently based in **Saudi Arabia** are preferred.
* Immediate availability is an advantage.
