We are catering company in eastern province CATERING OPERATION SUPERVISOR –
Salary: To be discussed after interview
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
Mandatory: Minimum 4–5 years’ experience as a Catering operation Supervisor in Catering company or a related field.
Experience in catering operations is highly preferred.
Strong skills in food safety, inventory management, and hygiene standards.
Must be available in Eastern Province with transferable iqama and immediate joiner
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily catering, mess hall operations, and kitchen staff in central kitchen.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HSE guidelines.
Manage food inventory, stock ordering, and daily service quality.
