A construction and site operations environment in Dubai offers an opportunity for a dependable Site Helper to assist skilled workers, maintain organized work areas, and support routine activities at construction sites.

The role is suitable for hardworking individuals who are comfortable with physical work and willing to learn basic site procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Assist skilled workers and site teams with daily construction activities.
Carry and move materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite.
Load and unload construction materials as instructed.
Prepare work areas before and during construction activities.
Provide basic support to masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades.
Collect and organize tools and materials after use.
Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from unnecessary obstacles.
Assist with moving debris, waste, and unused materials to designated areas.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
Help with basic site preparation and general manual tasks.
Use hand tools only as instructed and authorized.
Follow site safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment.
Report unsafe conditions, damaged tools, or site concerns to the supervisor.
Support the team in completing assigned tasks on time.
Requirements
Previous construction or site-support experience is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work.
Willingness to work outdoors and in a construction-site environment.
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
Able to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
Ability to handle materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
Basic communication skills in English are an advantage.
UAE/GCC site experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
