Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our facility is clean, well-maintained, and that all guests receive the highest quality of service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff.
Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Manage inventories of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
Train and coach staff on housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.
