We are hiring a confident and sociable Sales & HR Recruiter to help grow our manpower and human resource business in Bahrain. The role suits someone who enjoys meeting clients, developing business, and building a career in recruitment and sales.

Working hours: Split shift, 8:00 am–2:00 pm and 5:00 pm–9:00 pm. Applicants must be available for both shifts.

Responsibilities

Find new clients and understand their manpower requirements.
Meet clients, present our services, and follow up on proposals.
Source candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate recruitment.
Build lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
Attend business dinners and professional networking events when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or marketing.
Strong communication, marketing, and client relationship skills.
Professional presentation and confidence in social and business settings.
English required; Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or other languages are an advantage.
Reliable availability for the stated split-shift schedule.
Confident and sociable, with strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Comfortable attending business dinners and professional social events
