Audio Visual (AV) Engineer / Crestron Programmer
IPTV Network Technician

Key Responsibilities

* Design, configure, integrate, and commission professional Audio Visual systems.
* Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Crestron control system programs.
* Configure and integrate:
* Crestron Control Processors
* Touch Panels
* DigitalMedia (DM) Systems
* NVX AV-over-IP Solutions
* DSP Systems
* Video Conferencing Systems
* Perform system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and client demonstrations.
* Prepare technical documentation, as-built drawings, and programming backups.
* Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients during installation, testing, and handover.
* Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for installed AV systems.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in professional AV systems.
* Strong knowledge of Crestron programming, including:
* SIMPL Windows
* SIMPL+
* VT Pro-e
* Crestron Toolbox
* Experience with AV-over-IP, DigitalMedia, and network-based AV systems.
* Knowledge of DSP platforms such as QSC, Biamp, or BSS is an advantage.
* Familiarity with IPTV, Video Walls, Digital Signage, and Video Conferencing platforms is preferred.
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants with any of the following certifications will have an advantage:

Crestron Certified Programmer
Crestron Certified Technician (CTI)
CTS / CTS-I
