We are hiring an experienced Airbnb Property Manager to manage short-term rental properties in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Airbnb bookings and guest communication
* Coordinate check-in and check-out
* Supervise housekeeping and property maintenance
* Optimize occupancy and pricing
* Resolve guest issues and maintain excellent reviews
* Prepare weekly occupancy and revenue reports

Requirements:

* Experience managing Airbnb or short-term rental properties
* Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
* Good organizational and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms
* Valid driving licence preferred
