Description
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee our Nursery operations and manage customer garden maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise on-site customer garden maintenance and landscaping services.
Oversee daily nursery operations, plant health, and inventory.
Supervise, schedule, and support nursery and maintenance staff.
Drive business growth by building client relationships and expanding service contracts.
Handle basic budgeting, vendor relations, and daily administration.
Requirements:
Experience in plant nursery management, horticulture, or commercial landscaping.
Solid hands-on knowledge of plant care and garden maintenance.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
