Requirements:

Experienced professional with a strong background in Paints, Building Materials, Construction Materials, or related industries.

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory position.

Strong ability to manage and coordinate Sales, Production, Operations, and other teams.

Capable of handling responsibilities assigned by management and ensuring proper execution.

Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to monitor team performance, follow up on targets, and improve overall company operations.

Must be flexible and willing to handle multiple responsibilities according to management requirements.

Preference will be given to candidates with strong industry experience and practical management skills.
