We are looking for a hands-on Computer & Laptop Repair Technician to join a new computer repair, parts and accessories shop in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

The shop is currently being prepared for opening, and the selected technician will be one of the first team members and will help organize and prepare the repair and sales section.

This is a practical shop technician position, not an engineering or office IT position.

Main work includes:

- Formatting desktop computers and laptops.
- Installing Windows, drivers and software.
- Diagnosing computer and laptop faults.
- Disassembling and assembling PCs and laptops.
- Replacing and upgrading RAM, SSD, HDD and other computer parts.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Printer setup and computer peripherals.
- Selling computer parts, accessories and related products.
- Receiving customer devices and explaining repair requirements to customers.
- Helping organize the repair area, tools, spare parts and accessories before opening.

Preferred Qualification:

Diploma in Computer Maintenance / Computer Technology, CompTIA A+, or a similar technical qualification.
