Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Certification: BICSc
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in soft services/facilities management, with at least 3 years in a specialized cleaning operations role.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and CAFM.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Working Conditions:
• Office-based with frequent site visits.
• May require occasional after-hours availability for emergencies.
