Description
Instrument Supervisor –
Supervise maintenance and repair of instrumentation, control systems, and fire & gas systems.
Plan and manage preventive and routine maintenance.
Issue work permits and work orders and set maintenance priorities.
Manage spare parts, materials, and purchasing.
Lead toolbox meetings and ensure workplace safety.
Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff.
Conduct equipment inspections and support shutdowns, audits, and technical analysis.
Prepare technical/progress reports and coordinate equipment modifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
3–5 years of petrochemical industry experience.
Strong MS Office skills.
Good leadership, safety awareness, and ability to work under pressure.
