Description
We are looking for a pastry chef ,specialized in cakes and desserts to join our team. If you are passionate, creative and well experienced , we would prefer to hear from you.
Job Type: Full-time
Role
Prefer at least 5 to 7 years' experience in independently preparing different type of cakes and desserts.
Good knowledge in preparing layers of cake, assembling, storage and shelf life .
Able to develop cakes & desserts menu for the shop. (new add on to our current product line)
Able to work independently, lead & train the team .
Focuses on successfully accomplishing the daily objectives in the kitchen.
Good attention to detail, especially in presentation
Knowledge of food safety and proper hygiene practices.
