Job Summary

Prepare and serve tea, hot and cold coffee, and other beverages to residents, guests, and office staff while maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer service. The candidate must speak English confidently to understand orders and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tea, Arabic coffee, Turkish coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other hot beverages.
- Prepare iced coffee, cold coffee, juices, and other cold drinks according to the approved menu.

- Take orders accurately and communicate politely in English.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and blenders safely.
- Maintain consistent beverage quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Keep the pantry, serving area, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized.
- Follow food hygiene procedures, store ingredients correctly, and check expiry dates.
- Monitor beverage supplies and request replenishment when required.
- Serve refreshments during meetings and official visits.

- Report equipment faults, supply shortages, and customer complaints to the supervisor.
- Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Comply with company procedures and compound rules.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum two years of experience as a tea boy, beverage attendant, or barista.
- Good spoken English is mandatory.
- Practical experience preparing hot and cold coffee and other beverages.
- Ability to operate and clean coffee machines and related equipment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safe beverage preparation.
- Friendly attitude, punctuality, and strong customer service skills.
- Barista training or certification is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

- Basic Salary: SAR 2,200 per month.
- Food Allowance: SAR 300 per month.
- Total Monthly Salary: SAR 2,500.
- Accommodation: Provided by the company.
- Transportation: Provided by the company.
- Other Benefits: As per company policy.
