About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator with strong procurement and logistics skills to support our industrial support services and oil & gas trading operations in Al Jubail. You will manage daily project documentation, coordinate with international and local suppliers, and track materials from order to delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.
What You Will Do
• Manage Industrial Procurement: Issue RFQs, collect and evaluate supplier bids, process purchase orders (POs), and source materials for manufacturing and trading.
• Coordinate Logistics: Track shipments, assist with customs documentation, manage delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with trade terms.
• Ensure Vendor Compliance: Onboard technical subcontractors and verify that suppliers meet company and industry safety and quality standards.
• Project & Financial Controls: Maintain project files, track contract milestones, update risk registers, and monitor expenses against the project budget.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in project administration, procurement, or logistics—ideally within the manufacturing, construction, or oil and gas sectors.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is required. Strong speaking skills in Hindi and Malayalam are essential to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
