We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage and oversee daily operations in a steel fabrication and structural steel workshop.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager / Workshop Manager.
Strong experience in steel fabrication and structural steel works.
Practical knowledge of fabrication shop operations, production planning, manpower, quality, and project execution.
Ability to manage workshop teams and ensure production targets are achieved.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with safety procedures and quality standards is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily fabrication shop operations.
Plan and monitor production schedules and project requirements.
Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and workshop resources.
Ensure projects are completed on time and according to required quality standards.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site, and project teams.
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety within the workshop.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
