Job Description:
Assist the Catering Manager in overseeing daily catering operations.
Supervise staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and customer service.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor stock, equipment, and operational requirements.
Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with food safety and company procedures.
Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant experience in catering, hospitality, or food service operations.
Previous supervisory or assistant management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to manage a team and work effectively under pressure.
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
