We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Bahrain, specializing in the construction field.

Key responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Promote and sell construction products, materials, and related solutions.

Visit project sites, contractors, consultants, and potential clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions.

Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects.

Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Previous experience in construction sales or technical sales is preferred.

Strong knowledge of the construction industry and building materials.

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and preparing quotations.

Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.

Candidates currently residing in Bahrain are preferred.
