Description
We are hiring a Procurement officer having 5 years epxerince with transferabe Iqama and the candidates meets our requirement should apply
Key Responsibilities:
Researching potential suppliers, launching Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Quotations (RFQs), and evaluating bids based on pricing, quality, and delivery speed.
Negotiating commercial terms, price discounts, payment schedules, and Service Level Agreements to maximize company savings.
Reviewing requisition requests, creating official purchase orders (POs), and approving financial commitments within authorized limits.
Monitoring vendor compliance, conducting regular performance reviews, and resolving critical disputes regarding defective goods or delayed timelines.
Analyzing market trends to forecast price fluctuations, tracking procurement spend against departmental budgets, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
Ensuring all purchasing activities align with internal company policies, legal regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Contract Literacy: Understanding legal and commercial clauses, indemnities, and delivery terms (e.g., Incoterms).
Commercial Negotiation: The ability to influence terms and secure favorable pricing structures without compromising on quality.
"Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system like Microsoft Dynamics, alongside advanced Excel skills.
Eduction :
A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.

Skills :
Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis for spend forecasting.
Professional certification such as CIPS or CPSM is highly preferred.
