Job Summary

VG Company is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities, acquire corporate clients, and promote the company’s manpower supply and human resources services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients requiring manpower supply and HR services.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, LinkedIn, email, and networking.

Arrange client meetings and present the company’s manpower solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract closures.
- Maintain a database of prospects, client meetings, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Candidate Requirements

Nationality/Region: Candidates from Kerala, India only.
- Valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, manpower supply, recruitment, or HR services is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to identify new clients and generate business independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and conduct field sales activities.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and local business practices is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Basic Salary: SAR 1,500 per month.
- Commission: Additional commission based on business generated.
- Accommodation: Provided by the company.
- Company Car: Provided.
- Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
