We're a leading QSR company looking for an IT Manager to lead the company's IT function across Head Office and a network of 120+ branches, ensuring that technology supports business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic objectives
in a fast-paced, high-volume (QSR) environment.

The role will focus on IT strategy, leadership, stakeholder management, technology governance, and infrastructure modernization, while ensuring reliable, always-on IT operations for POS, kitchen, and core back
office systems across every branch.

Given the scale of the branch network, the IT Manager must balance
centralized strategy and governance with a highly responsive, field-ready support model that minimizes downtime at store level, where system outages directly impact sales and customer experience.
