A company specializing in GRC and UHPC façade systems is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery and coordination across façade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage BIM execution plans, modelling standards, workflows, and project deliverables.
• Lead façade model coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution.
• Ensure models meet project requirements and specified Levels of Development (LOD).
• Coordinate BIM submissions and approvals with clients, consultants, and project teams.

• Maintain model accuracy and incorporate approved design changes and site progress.
• Supervise BIM staff and coordinate deliverables with design, production, and installation teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant BIM experience, including team leadership.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
• Experience in façade or cladding projects; GRC/GFRC, UHPC, or precast experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BIM execution plans, common data environments, LOD requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to manage simultaneous project submissions and deadlines.
• Excellent coordination and English communication skills.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is preferred.
