We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our e-commerce team. Only male candidates.(men only)

Job Responsibilities:

• Deal with customers through WhatsApp
• Provide product information, prices and pictures
• Take and confirm customer orders
• Follow up with the delivery company until orders are delivered
• Handle around 200–300 customer inquiries daily
• Follow up with customers and achieve sales orders

Requirements:

• Good English & Urdu communication is important
• Good communication and sales skills
• Must be comfortable handling many WhatsApp customers
• Hardworking and responsible
• E-commerce or WhatsApp sales experience is a plus
