Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead, grow, and own our brand’s presence across key digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter). You will craft engaging content, manage community interactions, drive paid social campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to elevate brand awareness and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive monthly social media calendars aligned with business goals.
• Content Creation: Produce or coordinate eye-catching graphics, short-form video reels, TikToks, and compelling copy.
• Community Engagement: Monitor inbound comments and direct messages, spark active community conversations, and manage brand reputation.
• Paid Campaigns: Plan, setup, and optimize paid social ads (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) to drive ROI and leads.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, website clicks) and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform algorithm updates, viral audio, and regional digital trends in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies (Hospitality, FMCG, or retail experience is a plus).
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
• Platform Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, plus management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite).
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable reading data dashboards, tracking conversions, and optimizing based on metrics.
• Education: Bachelor’s preferred,
