We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong construction background, preferably specializing in swimming pool construction, renovation, repair, and construction material management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project management, site supervision, construction materials, and coordinating construction activities to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and manage swimming pool construction, renovation, and repair projects.

Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Manage construction materials, procurement requirements, inventory, and material usage.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, material costs, and resource allocation.

Ensure construction work meets quality standards, technical specifications, and safety requirements.

Supervise civil works, waterproofing, tiling, structural repairs, and swimming pool installations.

Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.

Identify and resolve technical and operational issues at construction sites.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in construction projects.

Experience in swimming pool construction, maintenance, renovation, or repair is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, procurement, and inventory management.

Proven experience in project management and site supervision.

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate
construction teams.

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of construction cost estimation and material requirements.

Bahrain construction industry experience is an advantage.

Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
