We are looking for an experienced Accountant & Inventory Controller to join our supermarket team.

Previous supermarket experience and strong inventory management knowledge are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily supermarket accounts and financial transactions.
* Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
* Conduct regular physical stock counts and stock reconciliation.
* Identify stock shortages, discrepancies, damages, and expired products.
* Manage purchase invoices, supplier payments, and outstanding balances.
* Verify daily sales, POS transactions, cash collections, and bank settlements.
* Monitor product costs, selling prices, and profit margins.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
* Coordinate with purchasing staff to maintain proper stock levels.
* Maintain accurate accounting records and support VAT reporting.

Mandatory Requirements

* Previous working experience in a supermarket or grocery retail business is mandatory.
* Practical experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation is mandatory.
* Good knowledge of supermarket POS and inventory software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in purchase accounting and supplier reconciliation.
* Ability to independently manage supermarket accounts and inventory.
* Honest, responsible, accurate, and detail-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

* Monthly Salary: SAR 2,000
