Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the supermarket, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, proper inventory control, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Supervise, train, and motivate store employees.

Monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets.

Ensure proper stock management, product availability, and inventory accuracy.

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor product expiry dates, pricing, promotions, and stock losses.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports.

Control operating expenses and minimize waste and shrinkage.
Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supermarket or retail management.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of inventory management, sales, and customer service.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple
priorities.
