We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard with a valid GTS Certificate.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and control the entry and exit of workers, visitors, and vehicles.

Verify visitor details and maintain accurate entry/exit registers.

Conduct regular patrols of the labour camp premises and surrounding areas.

Ensure camp rules and security procedures are followed by all residents and visitors.

Monitor and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, and security incidents.

Maintain records of visitors, incidents, and daily security activities.

Report emergencies, safety hazards, disturbances, and maintenance issues to management immediately.

Prevent unauthorized persons from entering the premises.

Maintain discipline and help ensure the safety of workers, camp facilities, and company property.

Remain attentive during duty hours and complete proper shift handovers.

Follow all instructions issued by management and comply with applicable Bahrain laws and security regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Valid GTS Certificate is mandatory.

Previous experience in security or labour camp supervision is preferred.

Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.

Honest, punctual, responsible, and physically fit for security duties.

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.

Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.

Ability to maintain discipline, confidentiality, and professional conduct.

Must have valid Bahrain employment eligibility and relevant documents, as applicable.
