Speed Zone Trading is an American company and a growing distributor in the electrical and lighting sector, operating van sales across Riyadh, the Western Region, Qassim, and Khamis Mushait. We're looking for a General Accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, GL, and month-end closing
- Handle year-end closing and coordinate with external auditors
- Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliations, and inventory controls
- Follow up on customer accounts and collect outstanding receivables
- Monitor customer balances, aging reports, and credit limits
- Reconcile van sales and cash collections across regions
- Bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and petty cash
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure ZATCA e-invoicing compliance

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in distribution or trading
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements and year-end closing
- Solid experience in inventory management and debt collection
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi VAT, and Zakat
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Good English and Arabic
- Accurate, organized, and able to work under deadlines
