Welding Supervisor Required:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Welding, Production Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
•
10-15 years of welding/fabrication experience in Oil & Gas or EPC workshop environments, including minimum 5 years in a Welding Supervisor, with strong manpower allocation, coaching, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
•
Strong fabrication experience covering piping spools, structural steel, skids/modules, tanks, and pressure vessels.
•
Working knowledge of ASME Section IX, ASME B31.3, ASME Section VIII, AWS D1.1, and applicable project/client requirements.
•
Strong knowledge of WPS/PQR/WPQ, welding metallurgy, welding defects and repairs, preheat/interpass control, PWHT, and welding consumable control.
•
Practical knowledge of GTAW, SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SAW processes, with good understanding of RT, UT, PT, and MT; experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, low-alloy steel, and alloy materials is preferred.
•
CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
