We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, project management, technical, and coordination skills, with proven experience in civil construction projects, including high-rise buildings and large villa projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of civil construction projects from commencement to completion.

Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and construction strategies.

Supervise and coordinate site engineers, construction supervisors, subcontractors, and other project personnel.

Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within the approved budget and required quality standards.

Review construction drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documents.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, MEP teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with Bahrain construction regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Monitor project costs, material procurement, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.

Identify project risks, resolve site-related issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings and prepare project status reports.

Manage variations, claims, delays, and other project-related matters in coordination with the relevant teams.

Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and health and safety practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Civil Construction Project Manager or in a similar senior construction management role.

Experience in managing civil construction projects, preferably high-rise buildings and large villa projects.

Candidates with Bahrain and GCC construction experience are preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, budgeting, cost control, and quality management.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office is an advantage.

Must be currently available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
