Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Bus Driver who owns a bus and can provide safe, punctual, and efficient transportation services for company employees. The candidate must have a valid driving license, a well-maintained bus, and all required legal documents and permits to operate in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
1. Transport company employees safely and punctually between designated locations, staff accommodation, branches, and other assigned destinations.
2. Provide transportation services according to the company's approved schedule.
3. Ensure the bus is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained at all times.
4. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
5. Maintain valid vehicle registration (Istimara), insurance, periodic inspection (Fahas), and other required documents.
6. Ensure compliance with Saudi traffic laws and applicable transportation regulations.
7. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance expenses, where required.
8. Inform the Operations Manager or HR Department immediately of delays, accidents, breakdowns, or other transportation issues.
9. Ensure the bus has sufficient seating capacity and meets applicable safety standards.
10. Maintain professional behavior, confidentiality, and respectful communication with employees and management.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Must own a suitable bus in good working condition.
- Valid Saudi driving license appropriate for the bus category.
- Valid vehicle registration, insurance, and other required permits.
- Previous experience in employee transportation or staff transport services is preferred.
- Good knowledge of roads and locations within Jeddah.
- Punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to follow schedules and company instructions.
- Clean driving record and professional attitude.

Bus and Documentation Requirements
The candidate must provide copies of the following documents:
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Vehicle registration (Istimara).
- Vehicle insurance certificate.
- Valid periodic vehicle inspection (Fahas), where applicable.
- Any required transport permits or operating licenses.
- Bus photographs and details, including model year, seating capacity, and condition.

Commercial Terms
- Service Type: Employee transportation using the driver's own bus.
- Payment: Monthly or as mutually agreed.
- Fuel and Maintenance: To be agreed upon in the service contract.
- Working Schedule: As per the company's operational requirements.
- Contract Duration: As agreed between both parties.
