Zentid is hiring a Sales Development Representative for our team in the Eastern Province, based in the Dammam area.

Zentid is an AI powered field service management platform for technical service companies, like HVAC, facility management, pest control, cleaning, and fire and safety. We help these companies manage their technicians, jobs and customers from one place, including over WhatsApp.

What you will do:
Reach out to service companies in Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail and the wider Eastern Province by phone, WhatsApp, email and in person.
Understand how they run their operations and qualify whether Zentid is a good fit.
Book demos and follow up until the next step is clear.

Keep your leads and activity updated in the CRM.
Share what you hear from the market with our product team.

What we are looking for:
1 or more years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS.
Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Based in the Dammam, Khobar.

Comfortable with cold calling and meeting business owners directly.
Driving license Needed

Experience selling to contractors, facility management or technical service companies in the Eastern Province is a plus.

This is a full time role.
