Shirka Al Iftradh is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Computer Technician with comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
* Assemble, upgrade, repair and maintain desktop computers and laptops.

* Install and configure Windows operating systems and software.
* Troubleshoot Windows, drivers, applications and system errors.
* Install and configure printers, scanners and other peripherals.
* Perform RAM, SSD, HDD and motherboard upgrades and replacements.
* Troubleshoot networking, LAN, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
* Perform data backup, recovery and system maintenance.
* Provide technical support and resolve customer issues professionally.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Computer Technician.
* Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Responsible, punctual and professional attitude.
