We are hiring a Rider Operations Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Monitor riders’ shifts, attendance and working hours.
Follow up on missed shifts and daily operational issues.
Monitor Cash on Delivery (COD) balances and collections.
Support riders and help resolve work-related problems.
Coordinate with management and maintain accurate follow-up records.
Salary and working hours will be discussed during the interview.
